RAW Food – Kids healthy recipe: Shrek Soup

This is actually a complete salad blended into a soup!  My 15month old loves it and asks for seconds and thirds, my 11 year old loves it and so do the rest of the family!   So it is now another one of my great healthy recipes for children.

Following this wonderful raw recipe you will discover that this is a fantastic way to increase greens intake for everyone in your home!  Best of all it only takes about 7 minutes to prepare and ‘uncook’ ready for serving.  It is a busy mums dream meal.   The only tool you need is a blender.

Cooking kids food that is healthy and nutricious can be simple, fun and quick when you prepare raw food. Eating raw is delicious and super healthy, in addition, as I have discussed when infused with your heart energy, the energy in food is even higher and the food you prepare will nourish your New Frequency Child/ren and your family even more!

1/2organic zuchinni

½ organic avocado

¼ cup organic parsley

Sea salt to taste (optional)

Water as needed

Method:

Blend the tomatoes together, then add the rest of the ingredients progressively.  Use water if you feel it is needed, but the soup should be quite thick.
