RAW food – kids healthy recipe: Apple & Turnip Salad


We have just had a bumper crop of turnips and I found myself challenged for ways to eat this wonderful nutricious vegetable raw (I am used to having it in stews).  Guess what I discovered this wonderful combination that is simple to prepare and delicious, so it  is now another one of my great healthy recipes for children because they all love it!

Following this wonderful raw recipe you will discover that you cannot taste the bitter and peppery flavour of the raw turnip at all.  In fact its flavour balances perfectly with the apple and lemon, making a sweet refreshing overall result.

Cooking kids food that is healthy and nutricious can be simple, fun and quick when you prepare raw food. Eating raw is delicious and super healthy, in addition, as I have discussed when infused with your heart energy, the energy in food is even higher and the food you prepare will nourish your New Frequency Child/ren and your family even more!

 

 

 

Ingredients

1/2 organic raw turnip grated

2 large organic green apples grated

Fresh parsley chopped

juice of 1/2 organic lemon

Salt & pepper to taste

Method

Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and serve.
