At a presentation to a group of women on the weekend I was asked this question…it made me realise it was a question that was probably on the mind of everyone visiting this site.  So here is the answer:

The majority of my articles are birthed through my everyday experiences with my New Frequency Children, in particular my 1 year old daughter Sheannah.

As a spiritual healer and teacher, as well as a mother of six children aged between 22 and 1 year old – I have a wealth of wisdom and experience to call upon.  I am constantly receiving messages intuitively from my daughter’s higher self (which started before she was even conceived) and my own higher self.  Additionally I am strongly guided by Archangels in particular AA Michael and other spirit guides.  Finally I am guided by the wisdom of other conscious mothers, who I seek to connect with and literature I stumble across from time to time.

So when I am challenged by something, I stop and seek a solution.  I  utilise my own skills/experience, channelled wisdoms and relevant information from others.  When I find a solution – I try to immediately write about it, so as to share it with you.  This is what I have been strongly guided by Spirit to do, to support the New Frequency Children and their parents.
